2021 Blue Ocean Forum
CALL FOR PAPERS
The 2021 CIC Blue Ocean Forum for Global Scientists, sponsored by the China Institute of Communications and organized by China Communications Editorial Office and Zhejiang Lab, will be held in late August of 2021, aiming at the theme on " Sharing Academic Ideas & Promoting Innovation for Development ". The forum will feature world-class speakers, acadmemic panels, and discussions. The Forum co-chairs invite the submission of original papers for presentation.

2. Paper Review and Publication
The paper should be in English and must include a complete title, abstract, keywords, references, and biographies. For the format of the paper , please download the template and requirements in the "Submission" section of the

Selected papers will be asked to be presented at the Forum and published in China Communications (SCI indexed ).
