The 2024 CIC Blue Ocean Forum for Worldwide Scientists, sponsored by the China Institute of Communications and organized by China Communications Editorial Office, will be held at the beginning of August this year, aiming at the theme on “Sharing Academic Ideas & Promoting Innovation for Development”. 2. Paper Review and Publication

The paper should be in English and must include a complete title, abstract, keywords, references, and biographies. For the format of the paper, please download the template and requirements in the “Submission” section of the China Communications journal website (www.cic-chinacommunications.cn).

All manuscripts should be submitted through the ScholarOne platform for peer review (https://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/chinacomm).  Please follow your specific subject from the three areas (1) “2024 Blue Ocean Forum Papers—Physical and Fundamentals”, (2) “2024 Blue Ocean Forum Papers—MAC and Networks”, (3) “2024 Blue Ocean Forum  Papers—Emerging Technologies and Service”.

Selected papers will be asked to be presented at the Forum and published in China Communications (SCI indexed) next April.
