Corresponding Author: Zhigang Wen, received his Ph.D. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), P. R. China in 2009. Currently, he is the associate professor with School of Electronic Engineering, Institute of Sensing Technology and Business, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).
