Professor Xu obtained his BSc, MSc, and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 1986, 1993, and 2005, respectively. Professor Xu is now the deputy director of the Communication Research Center. Professor Xu’s research interests include navigation and localization and private communication system.
