Corresponding Author: Xiaolin Liang, received the B.Sc. degree in electronic information technology from Hebei North University, Hebei, China, in 2011. She is currently working toward the Doctorate degree in electrical engineering and information technology from North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China. Her main research interests include multi-input multi-output vehicle-to-vehicle communications, relay communications, MIMO PLC communications and advanced wireless MIMO channel modeling and simulation. He is now a Professor in wireless communications at North China Electric Power University in Beijing and chairs a project supported by the National Science foundation of China and participates a national 863 project on 5G networks. He is a reviewer of IEEE Transactions, Journals, Letters, and Conferences. He was a recipient of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Neal Shepherd Best Propagation Paper Award in 2014.
