Corresponding Author: Xujie LI, received Ph.D. degree in Communications and Information Systems from National Mobile Communications Research Lab., Southeast University in 2012. He is an associate professor with the college of computer and information engineering in Hohai University now. Meanwhile, he is a visiting scholar at the University of Warwick, UK. She majors in the signal and information processing. Her research interests include the Wireless sensor networks, Device-to-Device communication.;HongLang Zhang, received his B.E.degree in institute of mathematics and the physical sciences from Xuzhou the Institute of Technology, china in 2014. He is now studying in College of Computer and Information, Hohai University. His major is signal and information processing. His research interests include the Wireless Sensor Networks and Device-to-Device Communication.;Wenfeng Li, received his M.S. degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Hohai University, China, in 2002. He got his Ph.D. degree in Communications and Information Systems from National Mobile Communications Research Lab. of Southeast University, China, in 2012. Currently, he works in School of Electronic Science and Engineering of Nanjing University, China. His current research interests include wireless and mobile communications, wireless sensor networks, cooperative communications in wireless networks, satellite navigation and positioning, and satellite communications.
